All orders purchased on must be returned to our studio by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers.

Once your item has been received by us, you can expect your return to be processed within 3 business days. We'll send you an email notification as soon as we receive the item. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to post depending on your card issuing bank.Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received your Sanci order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our headquarters within 30 days of the ship date for a refund less shipping, to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.


Gift Returns

If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it to our headquarters. A store credit code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items. We are unable to process returns for items purchased at retailers other than

Return instructions

Sanci does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. You can send items back to us at the address below:

Received a gift and need a different size? No problem.  We can usually accommodate size changes for rings and chain lengths. Pendants usually only come in one size though. Send us an email, we will do our best to help.

Changing/cancelling order

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays).  If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items. Please Contact Us ASAP to notify us of any changes you would like to make.
